BUILD A LOCAL OR REGIONAL NETWORK

Become a Rent & Recharge distributor.

A distributor does more than own a machine. The opportunity is to build a network of permanent locations, seasonal placements and attended events, then layer rental income and targeted screen advertising across the same equipment.

WHAT A DISTRIBUTOR DOES

Find traffic, place the equipment, manage the calendar, sell the audience.

Find locations

Hotels, hospitals, restaurants, malls, entertainment venues, transportation locations and other places where customers can be away from their normal charger.

Work the event calendar

Festivals, fairs, expos, concerts, sporting events and seasonal attractions can move the same equipment to concentrated crowds.

Generate rental revenue

Set release fees, hourly rates and event pricing based on the local market and operating costs.

Sell screen advertising

Match the advertisers to the audience instead of treating the display as generic billboard space.

TWO OPERATING MODELS

Permanent placement and attended events require different inventory strategies.

Permanent unattended

The tower starts with the banks physically loaded in the machine. There is no person standing beside it adding external inventory. The location works when the convenience of a nearby charger creates dependable daily turns.

Good fit: hotels, hospitals, malls, restaurants, nightlife, apartment buildings, transportation and entertainment venues.

Attended event

The 100-bank event package means 24 slots in the customer-facing tower plus 76 additional banks managed outside the machine. An attendant rotates charged units into open slots and manages returns during heavy traffic.

Good fit: festivals, fairs, expos, concerts, sports, community events and seasonal attractions.

EVENT INVENTORY WORKFLOW

The extra 76 banks are external inventory, not hidden storage.

1

Start with a properly charged inventory

Load the tower and keep the remaining charged banks with the attendant.

2

Replace rentals as they leave

When a customer rents a bank, the attendant can insert another charged unit into an open slot.

3

Protect the return experience

Leave a few return slots open when practical. If full, create an opening or use the manual return/check-in workflow so the customer's rental closes correctly and confirmation is received.

4

Separate charged, returned and charging inventory

Do not assume every returned bank is immediately ready to rent again. Inventory management is the reason the attended event model includes an operator.

START WITH ONE. BUILD FROM THERE.

Distributor scale can grow as placement and advertising skills grow.

The names below are scale bands, not promises of income or locked franchise terms.

Let's Begin

10

Build a first local network of permanent and event locations.

Freedom

25

Operate multiple simultaneous locations and event weekends.

Franchise Scale

Develop a larger city or regional operating footprint.

Travel Full-Time

50+

Follow events and develop multiple markets or territories.

THE SCREEN IS A SECOND PRODUCT

Advertising can exceed rental revenue.

An event advertiser may pay a relatively small amount compared with traditional media, while gaining exposure to a concentrated audience. One example is 10 advertisers per tower.

1 tower

10 x $200 = $2,000/day
80-day illustration: $160,000.

4 towers

$8,000/day
80-day illustration: $640,000.

Audience matching

Pet products at pet shows. Car-care products at auto events. Food brands, restaurants and culinary schools at food events.

These advertising examples assume every listed advertising position is sold every operating day. They are gross arithmetic scenarios, not guaranteed earnings.

Distributor pricing, territory terms, revenue sharing and future hardware configurations should be confirmed in writing before purchase.

INTERNATIONAL NETWORK

The model is not limited to one city or one country.

Rental networks can be developed in multiple markets, but electrical plugs, certifications, payment methods and local business rules differ by country.

United States

U.S. deployment requires the appropriate U.S. wall-plug configuration and applicable U.S. electrical/compliance requirements.

Other markets

Manufacturers can produce regional plug configurations for other markets. Distributor deployments should confirm the correct plug, electrical standard, certifications, import requirements and payment workflow before ordering.
