STATION OPERATIONS
The power bank and the rental tower are two parts of the same system.
Permanent unattended placementA 24-bank tower starts with the banks physically loaded in the unit. Returned banks dock back into the machine and recharge. No event employee is assumed.
Attended event placementThe event package uses 100 total banks, but only 24 slots are in the tower. The additional 76 stay with the attendant as external working inventory.
Returns at busy eventsLeave return capacity available when practical. If the machine is full, an attendant can open a slot by ejecting a bank or use the system's manual return/check-in workflow so the customer receives return confirmation.
Charging disciplineThe station should only make sufficiently charged units available. Operators should verify charge levels and the exact software threshold before each event.
REAL RENTAL HARDWARE
Two station sizes for different locations.
These are actual Rent & Recharge units photographed during setup. The surrounding room has been removed so the equipment can be viewed cleanly, while the machines themselves remain the real units from the original footage.
12-BANK STATION
Compact station with a smaller screen.
Designed for lower-volume permanent placements and locations where a full tower is unnecessary. Its screen can show simple rental instructions, the venue's own promotions, or advertising.

24-BANK TOWER
Full-size tower for permanent placements and attended events.
